Update on the Horseheads Hanover Square project

LaBella will be presenting about the Horseheads Hanover Square project.

In addition to a couple of engineers from LaBella, Nicolette Wagoner from the local Metropolitan Planning Organization (Elmira Chemung Transportation Council) and someone from the Village will also help present at the Zoom meeting
